Water is crucial when it comes to life; it is the second most important element after air. There is little or nothing we can do without water. It contains the largest part of the human brain, which is made up of 95% water, 82% of blood and 90% lungs. The benefits of water are so numerous that the doctors advise us to drink at least 5 liters of water every day. Unfortunately, some people are not still aware of these benefits. That is why I will be writing on some benefits of drinking water.
